If federal laws are enacted that prevent Massachusetts from maintaining its laws, this market will resolve to NO, correct?

Oh dear, a state worse than even my home state of NH. Massachusetts has to be the worst state in the union. Any other contenders? California maybe?

What if Massachusetts makes its laws more inclusive? (For example, a law making it a refuge state for gender affirming care.)

@Gabrielle I imagine that counts as maintaining its laws, since it's adding additional laws rather than repealing old ones.
