I have generally a late sleep cycle/circadian rhythm. While I was in full time employment, I'd typically wake up at approximately. 9:30am. I'm now on a sabbatical / self employed and my discipline has gotten much worse; I've gotten up typically at 11 or later for the last 3+ months. There is no point in the last year that this counter would have reached >10.
I want to fix this!

For the purposes of this market, "keeping up good sleep habits" means: being physically outside every day before 9:30am in the timezone I'm in.
I allow myself an exception for each day I take an international flight and one single following day; otherwise, the first day I break the streak resolves all unresolved options no.
As it is a motivational market, I may buy yes shares, but I won't sell/buy no.

If you ever miss a day, will you start back from 0 and keep these markets open or close the market?
@MarySmith aside from the exceptions listed re travel, unresolved options resolve no if I miss a day

im vested in your long term benefit! please do something you enjoy first thing you wake up, a good song as your alarm or waking to sunlight, or maybe make a meal or drink you like before you fall asleep to wake up too.
good sleep is worth alot. you would make years of your human life back from old age and be more efficient in your mental capacity.
