I’m doing a project that requires me to make an argument for who were the top 25 people leaders in tech in 2023. Think people with the titles of Chief People Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, etc. “Top” refers to those with the best reputation for success in their role of leading people, HR, talent, and/or culture at their company and thought leadership in the broader industry.
