Which stories will make his top 10 in 2024?

I will use my judgment to positively resolve answers that match the spirit of his top 10. ie an answer about a specific mid-major school making a run in the tournament would resolve positively if he includes that school in his top 10 under a slightly different framing, say “its dominance in 2024 overall” or “X and Y schools’ run in the tournament as mid-majors”. As a result, more than 10 answers may resolve positively.
