Resolution criteria

This market will resolve to "YES" if any team achieves a total score greater than 235 at the 2026 American Regions Mathematics League (ARML) national competition, and "NO" otherwise.

The official results as published on the official ARML website or its designated results portal will serve as the source of truth. The final score includes points from the Team, Power, Individual, and Relay rounds. If the competition is cancelled or if final results are not made public, this market will resolve to N/A.

Background

The ARML national competition is an annual event where teams of 15 high school students compete in various formats. The 2026 competition is scheduled for May 29–30, 2026, across multiple sites, including Penn State University, the University of Nevada–Reno, the University of Iowa, Western Carolina University, and St. Anselm College.

"Top team score" refers to the highest total points achieved by any single team among all participating groups across all competition sites. This market specifically concerns the national ARML competition and does not include results from "ARML Local" or the "ARML Power Contest." Traders should be aware that competition difficulty and scoring distributions can vary annually based on the complexity of the problem sets.
