Resolves YES if the board of the Reserve Bank of Australia raises the cash rate target at their November meeting, scheduled for November 7th 2023. Resolves NO if the board announces either that they are holding the cash rate constant or decreasing it.

If the meeting is delayed, I will extend the market's close date until the end of November and resolve on the outcome of any other meeting in November, or resolve NO if there is no meeting in November.
