Gilmour Space is an Australian space launch company. According to their website:

Gilmour Space Technologies is the leading launch services company in Australia, providing valuable access to space to our global Commercial and Defence customers. Backed by some of the country's biggest investors, Gilmour Space is tracking to launch our Eris orbital launch vehicles and G-Sat small satellite bus/platforms to Low Earth Orbits (LEO) from 2023.

And according to Wikipedia:

The maiden flight of its Eris rocket, which was unveiled by Prime Minister Anthony Albanese as Australia's first sovereign made orbital rocket,[3] is planned for no earlier than December 2023 from the Bowen Orbital Spaceport in Abbot Point, Bowen.[4]

Will they launch to orbit in 2023? Resolves YES on any vehicle manufactured by Gilmour Space launching to orbit in 2023. Near-orbital trajectories that convincingly demonstrate orbital capabilities, even if the trajectory is slightly suborbital, will also count. A launch that was intended to reach orbit (or a near-orbital trajectory) but fails to do so will not count.

Relevant timezone for determining if the launch date is in 2023 is local time at the launch site.
