If South Africa's democracy score for 2025 is the same or higher, this question resolves NO.

@Daniel_MC that would have been accounted for over the course the bill's legislative journey, and the score went UP for 2024 when it was signed. So I'm not seeing how / why it would deteriorate in 2025 for that specific reason.
