If Germany's democracy score for 2025 is the same or higher, this question resolves NO.

@MindBenderMads I used the scores posted on Wikipedia which were verified by someone else who obtained access to the official report and posted a screenshot (in a thread on another one of these authoritarianism questions).

Because the 2025 Democracy Index report has not yet been published as of April 2026, the actual 2025 score is not publicly known, and therefore the resolution of this market is still unknown.
