@HenriConfucius Strategic voting is when you support someone you half-like, not someone you dislike. In the US, this means that many people just sit out an election if only two major candidates are present.
@Lilemont Here in Brazil it means voting for whom u hate the least (of the prevailing) in order to avoid a disastrous victory
Turns out nearly galf of Silva's voters actually are strategic voters. Or (at the very least) Trump is. For Republicans a "commie muzzie" as mayor of NY is simply unacceptable.
