The number of people living in liberal democracies has steadily declined from 2018, from 1.10 billion people to 1.02 billion people in 2022.

Will this trend be arrested in 2023, or will it continue?

If somehow, the exact same number of people live in liberal democracies in 2023 as in 2022, this question will resolve as 50%.
