The resolution of this question will be based on whether Poland's Monetary Policy Council (Rada Polityki Pieniężnej) increases the reference interest rate from 6.75% before January 2024, as verified on the National Bank of Poland's website (Narodowy Bank Polski; https://www.nbp.pl/home.aspx?f=/dzienne/stopy.htm).

RPP’s 2023 schedule of decision-making meetings:

March 7–8, April 4–5, May 9–10, June 5–6, July 5–6, August 21, September 5–6, October 3–4, November 7–8, and December 5–6. WIBOR futures trading history, which is somewhat informative, is available e.g. at https://stooq.pl/t/?i=545.
