This market resolves no if:
Neither of these requirements are met.
To avert manipulation, commenting on this market will not count towards the 5 total.
The time period will run from 00:00 July 1st EST to 00:00 August 1st EST.
I will not bet on this market.

Decided to not make anymore markets like this one (i.e. markets that depend on solely my actions and are trivial to do, not a personal goal market). It created a perverse incentive, even if I was not betting on this market, to not meet the market requirements for as long as possible to farm unique trader bonuses.
