@mods can this be either re-opened or resolved? the context of the comments below, including @Joshua's on the exact same scenario in March, make it clear that for the purposes of this market, events like last weekend's do not count as shutdowns.

This market should not yet be resolved. There is another shutdown deadline in December 2024.
