If a criminal uses one for some part of a crime e.g. hands off stolen goods to an optimus to transport somewhere, how does this resolve?
Is that a handling stolen goods crime rather than the theft or both crimes? If the robot didn't know the goods were stolen, is it innocent of handling stolen goods? Likewise may not be criminally culpable of intent for the theft whereas you might expect a human to question what was going on and be responsible.
