Resolution criteria

This market will resolve YES if David Farley remains a member of federal parliament and a member of Pauline Hanson's One Nation until the House of Representatives is next dissolved.

This market will resolve NO if David Farley resigns as an MP, defects to another party, sits as an Independent or is expelled from One Nation before the House of Representatives is dissolved.

Clarifications

This market will be voided if:

  • David Farley is not sworn in as a member of parliament by the end of 2026; or

  • David Farley dies before the House of Representatives is dissolved.
