Resolution criteria
Each option will resolve YES if, at any time before the stated deadline, the Armed Forces of Ukraine militarily capture the city of Kupyansk.
In order to trigger a YES resolution, the Armed Forces of Ukraine must simultaneously control the Kupiansk City Council building (49.713107, 37.613362) and Kupiansk bus station (49.709291, 37.611808) according to a majority of the following sources:
Each option will otherwise resolve NO once the stated deadline passes. If Ukraine has gained control of the city by diplomatic means without capturing it militarily, the option will still resolve NO.
Clarifications
If a resolution source fails to update for 30 consecutive days, it may be removed as a resolution source. A majority of the remaining sources will then be required for a YES resolution.
The precise deadline for each option is 23:00:00 UTC on the final day of the stated year.

Interestingly, Rybar (a Russian map, but not one of our resolution sources) says Ukraine now controls both of the relevant locations.
As of 28 December:
Playfra and UkrDailyUpdate say both locations are contested
Suriyak (map below) and AMK say the city council building is contested and the bus station is controlled by Russia

Divgen and Radov (map below) say both locations are controlled by Russia

Playfra's map seems to have moved to this link: https://playframap.github.io/
