Background

At each federal election, the Australian Election Study (AES) asks voters to place the political parties on a 'left-right' scale, with 0 meaning 'far left' and 10 meaning 'far right'. In 2022, the Liberal Party received an average rating of 6.2 from respondents.

Resolution criteria

This market will resolve YES if the AES asks this question again in 2025 and the Liberal Party receives an average rating of 6.3 or more.

This market will resolve NO if the AES asks this question again in 2025 and the Liberal Party receives an average rating of 6.2 or less.

This market will resolve N/A if no AES is published in 2025 or if the AES does not include this question.
