There are claims that Musk has fired too many people or will otherwise not be able to maintain the Twitter webssite. This market resolves to YES if Twitter is down (effectively not usable) for 24 cumulative hours between 11/6/2022 and 12/31/2023. Otherwise it resolves to NO.
Just to confirm, there is now time on the table (not sure exactly how much) towards the 24 hour cumulative count after today's incident?
