NO

There are claims that Musk has fired too many people or will otherwise not be able to maintain the Twitter webssite. This market resolves to YES if Twitter is down (effectively not usable) for 24 cumulative hours between 11/6/2022 and 12/31/2023. Otherwise it resolves to NO.

Just to confirm, there is now time on the table (not sure exactly how much) towards the 24 hour cumulative count after today's incident?

@DanStoyell I think so. Not sure how much either.

predicted YES

@ZviMowshowitz Can’t really find solid data but haven’t looked that hard. This site says 7:30-10:30EST based on downdetector reports, so 3 hours https://www.theverge.com/2022/12/28/23530256/twitter-outage-down-connection-loading-error-notifications

Cut that in half since it was write-only, so 1.5/24 hours?

predicted YES

actually that’s from an old incident, nvm.

How are you evaluating downtime? Eg, if users can log in but not tweet, is that up or down?

@MartinRandall Cannot read Tweets is full downtime. Cannot post but can read I'd likely count half or something.
