Resolves YES if Navier-Stokes is solved by AI and NO if it is solved by a human.

For a YES resolution, the AI is required to do most or all of the mathematical work. For a NO resolution, the human is allowed to use AI for purposes of literature search or proving minor lemmas but the bulk of the proof must come from the human mind.

If, when the problem is solved, it becomes unclear whether AI or humans should get more credit, the issue shall be disputed in the comments.
