Levy was close to getting the norm at the just concluded Madrid Chess Festival, but he lost in his second to last game and only reached performance rating of
2531. He recently announced he will resume his quest to become a GM (where he needs 3 GM norms), so he will play more tournaments like this in the future. Can he make a first step on his quest to become a GM in 2024?
