don't know why levy was included in this prediction.He was trying very hard last year but after losing in some Fide tournaments he gave up very publicly. Eric Rosen has a slightly higher chance but he would have to become serious about it with lessons and a time commitment.

@QuarterFine Levy has restated his interest in the title and is on a new attempt now. Hard to say whether he will give up so easily again, but it seems that he's determined enough to try again.
