The user must verify their Manifold identity to the creator (e.g., by sending an OpenChat message containing their Manifold username, or by posting a comment on Manifold with their OpenChat handle).
This market resolves to NO if no verified Manifold Markets user successfully connects with the creator on OpenChat by the deadline.
The creator's self-report will be used to resolve the market.
