The top 10 will be determined by metascore. Normally Metacritic compiles these into a handy list. This list only considers PC games, so PlayStation games are not competing for spots. See 2023's list:

Only PC games will be considered. Games qualify if Metacritic compiles a rating for it and if Metacritic lists its release date in 2024. This allows for remakes and ports to the PC from other platforms (such as Horizon Forbidden West).

Each game has an aggregate metascore listed here, but then also a per-platform metascore listed on the individual game's page. Are you going to be judging based on the aggregate metascore, or specifically based on the PC metascore?
