Former president Donald Trump is currently facing four indictments, across multiple jurisdictions. It is widely regarded that absent interference, he is likely to be convicted and imprisoned on at least one or two cases.

However, Trump has also pledged to "lock up" his political opponents if he is elected as president in 2024. Based on Biden's status as president, as well as Trump's repeated criticism of his son's alleged misconduct, it's reasonable to assume that Biden would be a target.

This market will resolve based on which person spends one night in jail (defined as a full 24-hour-stint in a correctional institution) first. If neither president is jailed before 2027, or in the unlikely scenario that both presidents are simultaneously jailed, the market will resolve N/A.
