Resolution process:
I will take the positions as listed in the "positions" tab, sort by position size (both YES and NO together), remove the top 20% (rounded up) and then total up the YES and NO shares of the remaining 80% of traders. If NO is higher than YES, this market resolve YES. (A tie will be NO).

In order to prevent people from manipulating the outcome at the last second, I will resolve this market early at an unknown point in the month of October.
