This resolves to yes if Tristan is still alive as of the most recent chapter on https://palelights.com at midnight (BST) on December 31, 2022.

Edge cases:

• If he's undead but still has a brain/is making decisions as if he is alive, then this market resolves to yes.

• If he is really dead but there is a flashback chapter to when he was still alive, this market resolves to no.

• If he is alive but there's a flashforward to when he dies, this market resolves to yes.

• If his fate is unknown, I'll use my best judgement and may resolve to N/A.

(I am not up to date on the series, so he might be dead already.)
