South Korea has a very colorful history of corrupt presidents, with 2 presidents convicted of crimes relating to corruption and bribery in the last decade.

If a president of South Korea is ever convicted of a crime from market creation to January 1st, 2035, the market will resolve to YES. Otherwise the market will resolve to NO.
