This will resolve by the same criteria as Polymarket, judged independently by me: Which bills will become law in 2026?

This market will resolve to "Yes" if legislation that prohibits data center power usage from increasing consumers' electric utility bills is passed by both chambers of the U.S. Congress and signed into law by December 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".

Qualifying legislation includes the GRID Act (119th) — Guaranteeing Rate Insulation Act.
