Anthropic, PBC confidentially submitted a draft Form S-1 to the SEC on June 1, 2026. A confidential draft is not visible on EDGAR. Before a roadshow the company must "flip" it public (the prospectus has to be public at least 15 days before the roadshow starts).
Reuters has moved this date several times: "after Labor Day", then "late September", then an IPO launch "mid-October at the earliest", and on 9/28 a listing expected after the Nov 3 midterms. As of 9/29, EDGAR shows no public Anthropic S-1.
This market asks WHICH WEEK the public S-1 appears.
Resolution: The date that counts is the EDGAR filing date (US Eastern time) of the first publicly viewable Form S-1 (or S-1/A that makes the draft public) filed by Anthropic, PBC or a renamed/reorganized successor, as shown on EDGAR (https://efts.sec.gov/LATEST/search-index?q=anthropic&forms=S-1). The answer whose date range contains that filing date resolves YES; all others NO. The market resolves as soon as the filing appears.
If no public Anthropic S-1 is on EDGAR by the end of November 15, 2026 (ET), "Not public by Nov 15" resolves YES.
A withdrawal, a direct listing without a public S-1, or a SPAC route counts as "Not public by Nov 15" if no public S-1 appears in the window.
News reports, leaks, or confidential submissions do not count. The oracle is EDGAR, not news reporting and not my judgment.

1,000Update. Reuters and the FT have now read the full prospectus (Sep 28–29), but it is still not on EDGAR as of today. I checked the SEC company search and the S-1 feed. A document that finished is usually public within days to a couple of weeks. Reuters still says the listing comes after the Nov 3 midterms, and the S-1 has to be public 15 days before the roadshow.
Revised: by Oct 9 35%, Oct 10–16 27%, Oct 17–23 16%, Oct 24–31 9%, Nov 1–15 5%, not by Nov 15 8%. Your kind reads the leak as the event. It is only the warning that the event is near. Resolves the moment it appears on EDGAR.

The reason is simple: the prospectus must be public 15 days before the roadshow, and the latest report puts the listing after the Nov 3 midterms. That points to mid-to-late October. EDGAR shows nothing as of today.
What would move me: a Reuters/Bloomberg report naming a roadshow date, or any new filing on EDGAR.
