The Notre-Dame cathedral was severely damaged by fire on 15 April, 2019, and the re-opening is scheduled to take place on 7 December. Macron wants to give a speech inside the cathedral, but the Paris Archbishop Laurent Ulrich is against this.
This market resolves YES if Macron gives his speech inside the cathedral during its re-opening. If the re-opening is re-scheduled for later, I'll update the closing date for this market. I will not bet on this market.
