This market will resolve YES if any type of tax on unrealized capital gains for any amount takes effect in Australia before midnight Australian Eastern Standard Time on 1 July 2025. The tax does not need to be collected, it only needs to be passed into law.
Judicial review will NOT count towards resolution. If any tax on unrealized capital gains is passed, but held up by courts, then the market will still resolve YES.
