Market resolves to YES if:
A playable version of Counter-Strike using a different game engine than Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is released before the market closes
Alpha, beta, or open playtest versions count as release
Any game engine excluding Source (1) will count, including Source 2
Market resolves to NO if:
No new version of Counter-Strike is released
Just an announcement of it releasing soon will resolve to NO
A new version of Counter-Strike is released, but access to it is still gated when the market closes
For example, if playing it requires getting invited, or if it requires paying a fee (for example, having Prime Status)
