This market resolves YES if by 2027, the team talked about in the first article involving Javier Gómez Serrano and Google DeepMind publish a solution to the Navier-Stokes existence and smoothness problem.
The result does not need to be published in a typical academic journal, nor must the Clay Mathematical Institute provide its $1,000,000 prize, but domain experts must agree that the problem is concretely solved. Partial solutions, descriptions of a large subset of Navier-Stokes equations will not count. It must be a general solution to the problem that is recognized as such.
