Despite how fucked up the first placement was, the current readjusted one looks decent and seems proper & tiny seems to be satisfied without much mald after the rocky start.
I don't think that redrilling holes to reposition it is enough to say that he "fucked up the drywall job", as such stuff happens often with stuff like this and is easily sealable.

If he had given up, said he would just hire someone to do it, fucked up the anchors so he couldn't use them anymore/ordered new ones, or the result looking scuffed/non-functional then I would've resolved "Yes".
