@ChristopherRandles I would think the closer to mid to end of month that the number would be posted by a trader. I may also add numbers at random times.
I don't foresee it resolving OTHER, but if the number is not there for some reason, somebody did something wrong in predicting! And it would resolve OTHER if that were the case.
