Resolves YES if, between January 1 and December 31, 2026, public disclosures by U.S. Fortune 500 companies cumulatively report at least $50 million USD in direct financial losses explicitly attributed to AI-generated impersonation conducted via social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok and Bluesky.

Qualifying sources include SEC filings or equivalent regulatory disclosures, official company press releases, earnings call transcripts, and reporting by Reuters, Bloomberg, Financial Times, or Wall Street Journal. Only realized financial losses count.

Reputational damage, projected losses, legal costs, insurance recoveries, or prevention expenses are excluded. Amounts are converted to USD at the exchange rate on the disclosure date.
