Resolves YES if Destiny is live on his YouTube channel for longer than 8 hours on Feb 21st. The stream has to start on this day. If he streams multiple times during that same day the hours can be additioned, stream hours that goes past midnight will also count as long as it is one continuous stream.

@mental_brick What's truly unethical is if the market creator makes big trades to hedge whatever their bet was, and then immediately closes after. I've seen John Locke do that shit.
@mental_brick he is #1 in doing that, it is why I don't participate in markets I create myself, to prevent the temptation of being unethical in my own market.
