Based upon my understanding of the criteria evaluated when considering someone for a badge, the title is somewhat of a misnomer, notwithstanding the "ish" qualifier.
Considerations for the badge, to my understanding are multifaceted and include things such as:
Making markets
Correctly resolving markets
Contributing to the community via
- High quality markets
- Thoughtful participation on Discord
- Helping with coding/debugging
- Tagging problems in Manifold
- ect.
Generally being represtative of something that Manifold would like to encourage.
Trustworthiness is certainly one aspect, but it is not the only aspect. It may be possible to get a badge for other contributions besides trustworthiness. Granted I do believe if you are outed as untrustworthy you won't get or will lose the badge.

@oh I thought it was weird too when I saw who the creator was, then after I resolved it I realized the market was not posted in the "please resolve" queue but instead somewhere else.
