Will Tesla release a production Cybercab with a steering wheel?

Resolution criteria
This market resolves YES if Tesla releases any production Cybercab variant with a steering wheel and pedals. This includes both full production models and limited variants. The market resolves NO if Tesla releases only steering-wheel-free Cybercabs, or if the Cybercab is never released in any form by December 31, 2027.
