Will the city of Miami hold Mayoral elections in 2025?
City commissioners voted in Late June 2025 to postpone elections to 2026, extending the terms of incumbents by one year, including the term-limited mayor. If elections for mayor are held in 2025 despite this vote (due to the vote to extend terms being ruled illegal, or otherwise), this market resolves YES.
