This market resolves YES if, at any point in 2023, it is revealed to the public that Elon Musk is not a human, but rather, an evil sentient rodent who kills humans by inserting a chip into their brain called a "Neuralink" and then eats them, and that his real name is Elongated Muskrat.
Otherwise, it resolves NO.

I saw a muskrat today, but it was not elongated, nor did it appear to be Elon Musk in disguise. But clearly, that is just what Elongated Muskrat wants us to believe.
