For Democracy!

Helldivers 1 had many galactic wars, some resulting in a win for the humans, some resulting in a loss. Though we are still on the first galactic war in HD2, I assume it will be the same, with the result of the war being dependent on player contribution.

If an enemy nation is wiped out, their answer will resolve NO.

If a third enemy nation is added (as happened in HD1) it will replace other. If a third nation is not added before the end of the first HD2 galactic war, other will resolve NO.

As it is unknown when the war will end, I have the closing time set far in the future, and I will update as necessary.
