NASA and SpaceX are expeditiously working to safely return the agency’s SpaceX Crew-9 astronauts Suni Williams and Butch Wilmore as soon as practical, while also preparing for the launch of Crew-10 to complete a handover between expeditions.
The dragon to bring them home is already docked to ISS. NASA is trying to diplomatically say there is no change in plan while not annoying Trump too much. Trump has done nothing, certainly no change of plan - just trying to use it to bash Biden Administration assuming most will not look into details.
