The effective altruism article has failed Good Article review twice. All feedback from previous reviews has been addressed. Is the third time the charm?

Sep 8, 9:05am: The Open Philanthropy article got good article status a couple weeks ago! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_Philanthropy_(organization) Feeling optimistic. :)
Sep 16, 12:42am: Realized that the article was quickfailed August 23rd. :( I'll keep working on it, but the Open Phil article took 4 months for its review, so I don't think the article would be able to pass GA in time for market close.

I meant to ask:
When does this market resolve? On closing date? In other words, will it resolve based on whether Effective Altruism has good article status on Jan 31, 2023?
