“all batters” means everyone on either team where Wikipedia has their role as something other than “bowling all-rounder” or “bowler”. “England bowlers” means English players who are in those categories (combined means their total runs over their total innings). “1 duck per match” means #ducks/#matches, not every match has at least one duck.
