Market will be resolved by consulting multiple websites tracking average salaries by programming language in different countries. If different websites provide contradictory answers I will attempt to use my best judgement.

Of the five entries in this market, this should resolve to Erlang, though it barely edged out F# by a nose.

Neat question. I'd guess Java, if I didn't think it'd probably be some rather unrepresentative result. The outliers tend to get higher scores than the middlemen.
