Resolves true if there's a news report of any illness or major health impact for any of the family members which can reasonably be traced back to this event or future sewage swimming events this year. Most obvious outcome is them getting sick in the next week or so, but I don't know enough about exposure to sewage to rule out problems showing up in six months. So I've set it to close at the end of the year.

"I live not far from Dumbarton Oaks and I'm about 80% sure that's a separate stream in that park (that flows into Rock Creek) not Rock Creek which is deeper. That rock structure is useful for crossing from one side to the other if it's what I think it is.
Kennedy called it Rock Creek, but as a recent transplant with a tendency to speak without knowledge he probably just got it wrong."
