@Eliza Very late but it was LR. He specifically said that Lipowitz would drop him on the Madeleine (which he did do, even though it didn't work out for him in the end!), then Benji followed up with saying that Pelizzari would drop Rog in the Giro, so I generalized the Tour take as well
