@Eliza I think same rules as the Remco/Lipo market should apply. If one or both DNS, resolve N/A; if both start and Sepp finishes but Jonas DNF’s, resolve YES

@Eliza Yeah I was surprised on how low they seem on the team's top level ability. I think it also depends a lot on the team's scheduling and goals; they could probably win like 15 if they sent Kooij to farm sprints in weaker 2.UWTs, used Riccitello, Gall, Prodhomme, etc aggressively in mountain breakaways instead of aiming for GC, that kind of thing.

@RedzoneITG Since this is a "hot take" rather than a regular H2H prop bet, should it resolve even if one or the other fails to start/finish the race? So it resolves Yes if Lipowitz finishes the TDF and his finish position is higher than Remco (including if Remco does not start/finish the TDF), and resolves No in all other cases?
